Summary: Palazzo Monga exceeded all expectations. Julia and her team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms that combine elegance and comfort. Its location is ideal—just steps from Verona’s historic district and surrounded by excellent dining options. Without question, this was the finest hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip to Italy. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Verona.

Summary: Palazzo Monga was pure elegance and luxury. We felt like royalty staying here! We stayed as a family in the presidential suite, which was such a beautiful room and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our host Arthur made sure every detail of our stay was perfect from arranging a car to pick us up at the train station to recommending restaurants and places to see in Verona. I highly recommend getting the breakfast room service.

Summary: We stayed in the beautiful Executive Suite and the rooms were very large and decorated in authentic Italian style. The person on reception was extremely helpful. Breakfast was included and served in the room. It was simply the best breakfast we have ever had (try the fruit platter), very generous and beautifully served. The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly and the bed was very large and comfortable. A couple of minor irritations - the tv was in the bedroom not the lounge and there was a bar just outside the bedroom window which had noisy occupants one evening - but I guess that should be expected in a city hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing. Highly recommended.
