Positive: Spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Good for Zurriola beach and surfing. Plenty of places to eat in Gros and particularly the Old Town. No need to eat in.
Negative: Nice stay in Gros district. A fair distance from the old town and central shopping area. Not a problem if you are mobile.
Summary: Enjoyable stay in Gros where we have been before and knew what to expect.

Positive: Perfect location near to the beach and a short walk from the Old town. We liked that the apartment was in a lively area but still accessible to the main tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and airy, perfect for us as a group of 4 friends.
Negative: We had an issue with the drain in our en suite shower but this was sorted the following morning by our hosts. It would have been nice to have had beach towels included

Positive: Excellent location, close to the beach, nicely decorated and spacious. An ideal accommodation for a family group.
Negative: The lack of towels, one bath and one hand towel per person is not enough for four days -especially at this price. This shouldn’t need to be stated and yes there is a washing machine in the apartment, but who wants the hassle of that every day-especially at the price you pay.

Positive: Fabulous location, spacious apartment with good facilities for a family but no washing machine.
Negative: There was no spare linen for all the beds so we were unable to sleep all of our family comfortably and I spent a night on the divan without a sheet or duvet. Also no spare towels which was inconvenient. This was our most expensive accomodation for 1 month in Europe so for the cost I would have expected a little more care in this regard.
