Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel, highlighted by its beautiful garden and the warm, welcoming demeanor of the staff. However, we did encounter some challenges. There was a persistent issue with the hot water, which was a bit disappointing. While the staff were friendly and attentive, it would have been helpful if they were more transparent about this ongoing concern. For families traveling with toddlers, we greatly appreciated the present found in our room. We did find the playroom lacking in activities suitable for younger children. Expanding the offerings in this area would enhance the experience for families with toddlers. Additionally, we faced some unfavorable weather during our stay, with cold, windy, and rainy days. It would be beneficial for the hotel to have more blankets readily available for guests during such occasions, ensuring everyone stays comfortable.

Summary: Had a truly lovely experience at Palm Spa Reunion ✨ The staff really deserve to be highlighted – they are kind, attentive, and highly professional, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The pool area is beautiful and very inviting, and the spa is absolutely fantastic – perfect for fully relaxing and unwinding. The whole atmosphere is just spot on. The food was also really good and completed the experience 👌 A small tip: make sure to book your spa experience in advance, as it’s a popular place. Highly recommended!

Summary: The rooms were spotlessly clean, with housekeeping service twice a day, which we really appreciated. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent — very generous, with fresh eggs made to order. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. However, we didn’t find the hotel restaurants particularly cosy, and the prices felt a bit steep considering the quality of the food served.
