Negative: Breakfast options were not good. Staff was not that cooperative in morning in reataurant, neither had time to manage more people. The cot for baby was given to us qothout informong that it was freshly painted. The room service was slow.

Positive: The impressive variety of swimming pools is worth mentioning. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay, with friendly and attentive staff. We loved the small open balcony that overlooked the lawn area.

Negative: The poolside and lawn areas are popular spots for hosting events like birthday parties - something to keep in mind if you are looking for absolute, silent seclusion. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it was kept very clean and functional.

Positive: It is really old property, but maintained well still now. Folks are very good and it was a nice family fun. Lots of outdoor and indoor games to enjoy.

Negative: Nothing that way, they do maintain the stuff well.

Positive: The facilities, cleanliness and the staff

Negative: The first day the club room did not have the Aircon and the minibar refrigerator working. Despite informing many times and their person came to check there was no fix done. They promised someone will fix it next day morning. However nobody arrived until I had to ask many times for a change of room. Because of no Aircon working was sweating the whole night. I was allowed to do late checkin, due to this All good rooms where given to others who checkedin earlier and we got the worst room for one day until I had to request many times to change the room. There was no acknowledgement or compensation for the first day suffering offered to me and family.
