Positive: House was very nice and pool was great! Had everything we needed. We're very happy with the residence.
Negative: Limited parking (single car driveway only fits two vehicles) and Nosey neighbors who will try to get your car towed if you park in front of the house at the edge of the street for a short period.

Positive: The pool was perfect size and clean. The back yard was a pleasure to hang out in. It was clean and had the basics to start out with.
Negative: The gaming tables in the pictures appeared to be adult sized but were made for children. We played a game of pool anyway on our knees.
Summary: All in all the property was a very enjoyable place.
