Summary: The house was very roomy and set up nicely for multiple adults. Good water pressure with enough hot water. Backyard had a pool and spa with plenty of seating on the deck area. Location was great for our needs.

Summary: The property manager and owner were very responsive. House was very quaint but could have been a little cleaner. Lost power on first night which apparently was scheduled. Would have been nice to have been told as alarm went off and some of use cpatmachines

Summary: We hosted our daughter and her family for a spring break trip at the property. The house had more than enough room for the four adults and 2 children. The children (2 & 5 years old) loved the pool and outdoor area. The location was very convenient for trips to downtown Palm Springs, Palm Springs hiking, and Joshua Tree. Arrival was very easy, with the house just 5 minutes from the airport. We also appreciated being close to shopping and playgrounds. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Paseo Gracia was great for our family! The location was ideal and we spent time everyday in pool and hot tub. We appreciated all the space and privacy too. Tina, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. We loved the huge refrigerator and the outdoor one as well. This is set up so well for those groups that like to gather, cook and enjoy being outside.
