Positive: So clean, so nice, so accommodating, beautiful grounds, fresh fruit picked from trees on the property, the pool was warm in the middle of January heated perfectly. The staff, especially Sebastian and Roman were excellent help to us and very friendly and kind and professional. We will definitely be back to stay again soon. Highly recommend this location for your Palm Springs vacation.
Negative: The main pool was closed for construction, but the staff called us ahead of time to alert us and honestly the small pool still ended up being really nice with the hot tub as well so we didn’t end up disappointed.
