Positive: Teresa was very welcoming, a real peoples person, she showed me my room as soon as I arrived, showed me around, explained the house routines very clear and precise. My room was great I had a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was large plenty of places to put my clothes toiletries etc. So close to shopping centre, public transport. Teresa had lots of information about sightseeing and activities brochures available which was useful.

Negative: Even though I was excited about the pool I didn't use it, mainly because it looked like it needed a clean and I thought the picture of it made me think it was bigger.

Positive: The location was great! So close to major shopping center with cinemas etc. For breakfast, you could help yourself to cereal plus Teresa provided a little extra (different) each morning (eg Drop scones or fruit toast or croissants) The room was large enough and had table and chairs, couch, little fridge, microwave, great large walk through robe to spacious ensuite. Proper hair dryer, iron and ironing board, few mirrors...

Negative: Quite dated but it didn't matter!

Summary: Great place to stay for our six nights, Teresa is a lovely welcoming host.

Positive: Location was excellent. Large room with comfortable bed. Host is really lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: Other than the shampoos in shower could be better (hard to open the packets) this stay was very good. Room locks could be updated to more secure ones but did feel quite safe there though as entry area had good security.

Positive: Theresa could not be more helpful. There is a small pool at the rear which we used, and helped us wind down after travelling. There was everything we needed in the room, kettle, tea. Iron etc. The room was a little compact but appropriate The wet room was just the right size.. TzHe bed was very comfortable and we slrptvwell. The location was about 10 minute walk from the rail station but buses ran nearby every 15 minutes or so. Get a day ticket 7bAus dollars a day, but the buses do not give change. Trains run till at least midnight. All in all a great place to stay and easy access to Perth city and Northern suburbs There is a shopping centre nearby but I could not see much nightlife in the area.

Negative: Breakfast was 8.30, I do not know how strict the was. There were various cereals but the main was one option each day.
