Positive: Breakfast was good with a variety of Western and Chinese dishes available. The hotel is central for my business interests and there is an added bonus of a Starbuck's around 400 metres away. Most of the staff I come into contact with speak decent English. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years and I've never had a bad experience yet. I can honestly say that if there is a Pan Pacific hotel in a city I'm visiting, then I'd make the reservation. A quick thank you must be said to Igor Caldare, the Guest Relations Manager....he's always on hand to sort out my PC or mobile phone if I cannot get connected...It's never too much trouble for him, but for me, it's the little things that matter. A shake of a hand in the morning or a smile goes a long way.....

Negative: Nothing not to like....great value for money.

Positive: Dear Sir/Madam, I have stayed there several times before and can confidently say that it was a real pleasure. The main reason would be the personal attention to your staff. I like to take a moment to add a special thank you to Igor for his personal attention and support during our stay. Originally, I had a room with poor lighting, which also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Igor made sure to quickly find me another room which was appreciated. Additionally, he helped me and my other colleagues with hotel services, directions and other local information about our stay and nearby attractions. He was very attentive, spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with. It certainly made our stay very comfortable. We were all very happy to stay there again and will be returning for our next business trip in the future. Many thanks, Narciso Dominguez

Negative: We originally had a room which smelled like someone smoke in it. Although disappointed it was corrected very fast.
