Summary: Staff was really nice and friendly, room was clean as standard bed was comfortable. Great location as it close to most of tourist attraction eg. Bogyoke Aung San Market, Shwedagon pagoda, Botahtaung pagoda.

Summary: All employees are got well trained and very polite greetings all times. Waitress KALYAR was the excellent server in our dining dinner. She must be a SUPERVISOR in her team and serving place. Excellent polite to talk and soft smiling to all customers. Thanks everything from the dining and hope see you again all.

Summary: Amazing place! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Leo. He went above and beyond to help us with our bags and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out to me. Mr. Leo made our experience even better, and we are very grateful for his excellent service.
