Summary: To have a place in Panama City with a semi private beach was perfection! The layout of the house was great for our family of 19, the proximity to beach was great as well. Close enough to the house that we could watch the littles walk back and forth between the house and beach. We had an issue with the air not working great but they replaced the unit within two days, and brought extra fans to get us through. The kitchen is not stocked very well and the house is in major need of some TLC. But, that being said, we would 100% rent this house again!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only is the location on this house beneficial to what we do, but the space to accommodate our group is great. Any time there is a problem, you get fantastic service from the management company. We have stayed at this property 3 times and this summer was the best yet. Easy to get to PCDC for diving as well as a straight shot to the Jetties. This location is not in a high traffic area and that suits our needs so well.

Summary: Me and my friends stayed in this house and absolutely loved it. It’s right on the beach and it is beautiful as well as it’s in walking distance to a lot of locations! It was a very fun vacation with lots of memories!

Summary: We rented this house so our out of town guests could stay together for our wedding weekend. The space is terrific, and the location is perfect on the “quieter” east end of PCB. The house is beautifully situated on the beach with a lovely pool and hot tub. The property manager was kind and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable space to share with loved ones.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We own a home on Surf Druve and were looking for a space to host our wedding guests nearby. This house was perfect! The location is great. The house is large and nicely decorated. While the kitchen isn’t set up for entertaining, it has the basics needed to feed a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again. The pool is a nice size and is heated which was especially nice on cool beach days. There was some broken outdoor furniture from a previous guest which the management company took care of immediately, and the person who came to do so was very kind.

Summary: We had 18 total people ages 4 years and up and everyone had plenty of room! Almost everyone got their own room. Te location was perfect with immediate access to the beach and easy walks to some shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues but they were addressed and fixed in the same day! The kitchen was well stocked and the additional freezer came in handle with our large group. The back deck was great and fit all of us as well. We will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation!

Summary: House is need of a lot of repairs. Web said 2 washers 2 dryers, 1 dryer had a do not use sign on it upon arrival when contacted management said they would send someone to fix, yeah right no one ever showed…also bed frames were broken and no one ever fixed… Just a lot of issues that need to addressed.. Liked the location but will not recommend or use ECDI again…
