Positive: Spacious room. Good value for money. Supermarket and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Negative: Lots of crumbs bits on the floor. Perhaps the cleaner forgot to vacuum clean the floor after the previous guest had checked out. Otherwise, it wouldn't be impossible to leave the floor as dirty as that.
