Summary: Cleaned room every other days but would give you clean towels if asked. Front desk staff were nice and efficient. Saw the signs they changed new facilities like new bathtub and sink and mirror in bathroom - but the numerous dirt spots on floor tiles irritated me every time I used the bathroom. The six nights I stayed there were religious functions going on in the hotel. At least one time a day there were long lines waiting for all six elevators before and after the functions for its participants to get to and back their rooms. Hotel provided staff to help but would ask me to walk around outside and came back in 15 min to use the elevators. They should spare one or two elevators for guests who were not part of the functions because it happened every day I stayed there - did not like it. A lot of shopping and eating areas around the hotel but not a convenient locations for any MTR stations if you want to go to other parts of Hong Kong - about 15 min walk to Tsuen Wan/Tai Wo Hau/West rail line Tsuen Wan station - unless you know how to take the local buses. One highlight was there was a bus by the hotel to go to airport. Only 30 minutes and costed about HK$33.

Summary: My flight arrived in the morning and when I got to Panda hotel around 11am, front desk kindly let us check-in early with my children and I greatly appreciated that after a long flight. My kids love the pool because it was big and nice, though with weather we didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped. Employees at the pool were friendly. In terms of location, panda mall downstairs has Aeon and many stores of different varieties so it's very self-sufficient and convenient. They stated there is self-help laundry on site though I opted for drop off laundry on the opposite street. Our room was a two bedroom and it was spacious in terms of hotel in Hong Kong. Abundant amount of space for luggage. Room facilities are a bit old though acceptable, only thing was that the shower curtain smelled a bit and could use replacement. We were overall very satisfied with out stay. The biggest con was room cleaning only once every two days as trash really accumulated easily in small trash cans. Also, room cleaning at times were not at its best as they forgot to put towel or item replacements. Other than this we stayed happily and comfortably for 2 weeks.

Summary: I like this area is very convenient, but I don't like is the washroom need upgrade cause everytime you go you have to fresh 3 or 4 times, and also the showers Head need to change otherwise everything ok
