Positive: Proximity to the beach and town was good and the interior of the townhouse had character. Charlotte was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem.
Negative: It was quite noisy at night and there was an unpleasant drain smell at times.

Positive: The Full Moon Terraces complex is BEAUTIFUL. I love the design of the houses, the central saltwater pool is so refreshing and the garden is so tranquil. It is far, far better than staying in an apartment on the main road, where the noise is unbearable, for example (something I've done before). Charlotte, the host, was a great communicator, very helpful and quickly attentive to our needs. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a long stay - 11 nights - and we were very, very happy here and will be booking here again next year!
Negative: These properties has open louvres to meet the needs of the tropical climate, which brings in the most exquisite airflow. However, because of this, and the fact that this property is situated next to another property with an open driveway in between, you can hear the neighbours quite a lot. For example, we had 3 different families staying adjacent to us during our stay all with babies/small kids, and it felt as though we were in the room with them when the kids cried. We will be booking this property again - we've stayed at the Full Moon Terraces 3 times now, so the noise doesn't bother us too much - but it is something that I would have liked to have known before I booked.
Summary: Exquisite! You will not be disappointed!

Positive: The house was PERFECT. Charlotte was the most gracious host, super helpful and the house was beyond lovely. It was in a great location, and had so many little nice touches. We loved having multiple outdoor areas to sit in and a small but very nice swimming pool just a few steps away from the cottage. The bedrooms were great, the bathrooms were delightful and we loved everything about staying at the Padanus Cottage!
Negative: Nothing, other than we had to leave paradise!
Summary: Incredible house, highly recommend Padanus Cottage!

Positive: A lovely property located about 1 km from the centre of Port Douglas. Very nicely decorated with everything you could need. Nice swimming pool outside the front door. 3 spacious bedrooms.
Negative: It could have been a little cleaner. We felt the need to vacuum the floor day 1. Sound from nearby properties carried. The noise from the family staying in the adjacent property was a little annoying. Little hanging space in 3rd bedroom.
Summary: A lovely 3 bedroom property 15 minutes walk from the centre of town.
