Summary: We had an amazing time staying on the Lido at this super authentic Venetian property. Lovely to be met by the owner Giorgio who was very welcoming and prompt with information before we arrived. The property was very stylish and the kitchen was modern and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The neighbourhood was quiet, only a 15 minute walk to the water bus, and the local supermarket was very well stocked. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Summary: I was attending a week long conference at the Palazzo del Casinò, and my family joined me for a holiday. This location was very close to the conference centre and provided access to everything Lido had to offer for my family. It's not far from the ferry port which provides excellent access to the centre of Venice. The building had an abundance of character and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Giorgio is an excellent host, and even managed to find an item we accidentally left behind. Two minor improvements would be, a note somewhere on the listing that there is no lift in the building, and just to make check in a little easier it would be useful to know which button to press on the gate rather than having to call Giorgio. Overall we would definitely recommend.

Summary: We had wonderful stay in the apartment, which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable, could easily accommodate 8 people. The apartment was a pleasant stroll away from waterbus and located in lovelly villa. The owner was very easy to communicate with and checkin/ checkout was simple and efficient. I would highly recommend for family and larger group!

Summary: In September 2022 I rented Giorgio's beautiful family flat to stay with my two 80-year old aunts. We had a great time: the flat was greatly decorated, spacious, quiet and peaceful and everything was there. It also was a chance to get out of the business of Venice and have quiet time with a book.... I would stay there again, the only challenge was the 4 flight of stairs to get to the flat!

Summary: This apparent is a spatial ad classical residency, decorated with cultural knowledge and style of the villa it is situated in. The three large bedrooms with original floors and fitting decoration and furniture were beautiful, the largest in fact one of the most romantic room we ever lived in. We had long dinners during late evenings in the dining room, with windows and a balcony facing two directions, like sitting with the sky right outside the room watching sunsets and dramatic thunders. The apartment is neat, clean, well kept, with all functions. By bus we were at Santa Maria Elisabetta within a few minutes, for further transportations by vaporetto to Venice's all treasures; the Biennale, Giardini, is reached within 5-10 minutes from there, as for an example. Giorgio was a nice and easy reached host, and we really recommend this apartment warmly.
