Panoramic ocean views with multiple levels to enjoy it from! This 4 bedroom home is sure to check all the boxes with lots of space, 2 separate ocean view lanais, and close to the secluded Pebbles Beach.
A drive south from Kona Town, this beautiful home is a unique combination of modern and old-style Hawaiian. If you want to detach from stress and give yourself a relaxing vacation, this is the home for you.
This tri-level home has three lanais for you to choose from to enjoy stunning sunsets and whale watching. As you walk into the main level of the home, you will immediately notice the open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen offers a wide range of cooking and baking utensils perfect for a family or large party getaway offering you an option for “Al Fresco”, open-air dining. The huge covered lanai space includes a wet bar, two outdoor dining areas, a barbecue grill, and additional seating.
At the center of the home is an open stairwell that leads downstairs to the two guest bedrooms, one that has a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. These guest bedrooms share a bathroom. There are also two Primary Suites on the top floor, each with a private bathroom.
Pebbles beach is at the bottom of Kona Paradise. It's a steep hike or a drive down.
Restaurants and grocery stores are within driving distance from the home and feature local foods, grocery, and miscellaneous household items. You'll also find great local coffee shops to sample some famous Kona coffees. This is truly a get-away-from-it-all stay!
*Please note: This is a multi-level home with no bedrooms or showers located on the main floor and is not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children the home is NOT childproof. Please use caution throughout the home and with rails and steep hills.
This unit does not have air conditioning, but the open floor plan provides cool breezes. This home is located 35 miles south of the Kona airport. The nearest grocery store is about 30-40 minutes away. We suggest purchasing all groceries in Kona Town.
Please be aware that Kona Paradise is a steep drive and should be taken cautiously.

Summary: We loved staying at this house! It was large enough for our party of 9 to spread out and enjoy our own space while allowing areas where we could all hang out together. The ocean views are excellent and the position of the lanais made for perfect sunset viewing. This property is a little distant from most of the big island attractions so be prepared to drive a bit, but if you’re looking for a nice, relaxed, quiet, beautiful neighborhood to spend your vacation I cannot recommend more highly.

Summary: The house is gorgeous and has an incredible amount of outdoor space to provide great places to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the ocean. The indoor spaces are also great and every room was a large space. We really enjoyed the house and had a wonderful trip.

Summary: Two families stayed at this property. Two master suites on the top floor for adults and two bedrooms with multiple beds for teens on the bottom floor. Ample living space for making meals, enjoying movies or playing cards on the main floor. Plenty of space for the seven of us to be together or to find some space to be alone. The three lanais allow beautiful views of the sunset and the big moon over the ocean in the early morning hours. It’s a trip to go anywhere if you enjoy being on the go. The driveway is not for the faint of heart but it’s a payoff to get the amazing ocean view. We are already talking about coming back and would stay here for sure!! Loved everything.

Summary: Square footage of home had ample room to accommodate large family, never felt we were on top of each other. Home was beautiful and location was perfect for us, however Kona Paradise roads were very intimidating and very steep. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms especially the shower curtains, they were very dirty with mildew and needtobe replaced. TV wasn't connected to wifi, notified mgmt with no success. Outside grill looked liked it had never been cleaned - it is now, had to roll up my selves and clean. Overall we made the best of our stay.

Summary: Beautiful location and home, once in a lifetime place to stay. Only downsides we're the roaches (hard to avoid in a tropical location) and the home is a decent drive from anything else
