Cheerful condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and Southern exposure in small 4 story building with an elevator.Well maintained, and decorator furnished, situated on a very uncrowded and wide beach. There is garage parking with two assigned spaces close to the elevator. Building has an outside shower. Owner provides linens (if you wish to use them, but must be laundered and folded before check-out). Owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. There are 3 flat screens TVs. Washer and dryer in unit. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Lovely 60 foot wrap around balcony. Excellent mid-town location 4 blocks from Rt. 90 bridge. Walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Minimum age to rent: 25, sorry no Senior Week rentals permitted in this building.

Summary: We had a great time. This is a beautiful condo. The wrap around ocean front porch is to die for. King bed was super comfy. Everything you could possibly need. All we had to do was pick up food at the grocery store.

Summary: Beautifully decorated, but you didn't feel like you were staying in a museum. It was comfortable and tasteful. All amenities were fabulous! And of course the view is to die for. Kelley was quick to respond and was easy to get a hold of (not that there were any issues during our stay.) It's a wonderful place and I look forward to staying there in the future. Thank you Kelley!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect. The views are incredible. The place was super clean and the Host was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. She has taken care of everything. All you need to do is show up and enjoy. I will definitely be returning!

Summary: Kelly was great in communication The condo was just as pictured and beautifully done. Hard to believe it’s a rental. As a prior owner her renters appreciated the condo as if it was their own. Perfect location. Beautiful view. The owner thought of everything in the event you forgot something. And loved the drop off baskets for things as you walk in area to leave your shoes before the corridor. Will be staying again.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The view from the wrap around deck was fantastic, and it is true that you can hear the ocean from your bedroom (master bedroom only). Both parking and beach are very convenient. We will be back!! Dotti

Summary: The condo was all it said it would be ++! Great host and always available to answer questions. The view was just stunning. Great ammenities. Parking and elevator made it very accessible and enjoyable. Location very desirible to the many activities to do around OC! Can't wait to go again.

Summary: Thank you for the stay we loved the view and sitting out on the patio the furniture was very comfy the indoor furniture was also comfortable and we loved being able to bring our dogs. The only suggestion we have is the appliances could be more updated it would be nice to have a refrigerator with an icemaker and water in the door. The lighting in the bedrooms was a little dim would be nice to have some overhead or brighter lighting. The guest bathtub could have been cleaned a little bit better but these did not affect us enjoying the property they are just suggestions only. Thanks again for a great visit hope to come again soon!
