Perfect for a single or couple, this getaway was built in 2012 and was used by just family and friends until mid-2017. Approximately 400sq ft of living space, plus a large deck, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, full bath, ample seating and a new queen size bed. Plus highest-speed internet for guests working from home or streaming Netflix or Prime.
Owner lives in main house on the property, but structures are separate and private. Private driveway/parking space for use by guests. For longer stays, laundry is available. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. Pets are welcome, and a friendly dog lives on the main part of the property.
The commercial area of OB is just a few blocks downhill, with retail, restaurants, and bars, as well as surfing and swimming beaches.

Summary: Chose this place based on the pictures and the reviews. Both were accurate. It is small, but well designed to make it feel bigger. The view from the patio will keep this place on my short list of places to stay in Ocean Beach.

Summary: A very friendly host, fabulous ocean views from the deck in a very quiet neighbourhood. The studio has anything you need, shops and restaurants are about 15min walk down the hill. Everyone in OB was very friendly, the neighborhood so beautiful. We stayed for 6 nights and didn’t want to leave.

Summary: We had a great time, felt very comfortable safe and had plenty of privacy, all while knowing our host was onsite nearby and available to assist with any questions. Very friendly and welcoming especially after a long trip from the East Coast. Ocean Beach area very relaxed and the property was a great refuge after a day in the city or at the beach. Summary: We stayed at Kents property for our trip to San Diego this past week. I'm a light sleeper so hotels aren't exactly ideal for our vacations, but this unit was perfect! Kent was very friendly and welcoming, and the unit we stayed in was spotless. It was so nice to have off street parking and all the amenities that were provided (there was even a grill!) Kent is very responsive to texts which made the process so easy for us. We cannot thank him enough! We will be back!

Summary: The balcony views were exactly what we needed with the ocean breeze coming in. Location was a great location for the commute to all of our touristy ventures. The place itself was one we looked forward to returning to daily to relax and recharge. The kitchen was a huge perk and great water pressure. The owner was super fast to respond and attentive to any questions. He went above and beyond. Much appreciated!
