This fabulous home is located in Goolwa and has a full panoramic view of the river to the Goolwa barrage. An easy walk to Bombora on the River, Aquatic Club, bike paths, South Lakes Golf Club.
Comprises a bright spacious family / dine that takes full advantage of the river vista through picture windows that flow out onto the front balcony. A gorgeous spot to watch the passing boats. The modern well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher overlooks the dining area and lounge room, split system AC unit in the main living dining area

Summary: View from the property is amazing overlooks the River and we booked to stay New Year’s Eve, which gave us prime view and the fireworks off the Hindmarsh Island bridge. Property has full amenities, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. This property has floor to ceiling windows throughout, beds are comfortable, kitchen, dining and lounge really big and so much room for the kids to play. Points for improvement, windows weren’t clean, which hinder the view. There were a lot of deceased bugs throughout the property on check in. Mattress protectors, pillows and some quilt covers had staining. Backyard is not suitable for young children.
