1 Bedroom Apartment in Austins Ferry

This Apartment is the lower floor of the house where I live.
It has been recently created and is practical and of modern design.
It has its own bathroom, kitchen( outdoor cooking facilities) and Covered Patio, outdoor setting, ideal for a hot or cold drink outside, in a very serene and relaxing environment
It is in a very quiet area, being 50 m away from the road,
. The queen size Bed is very accommodating for a good night sleep, and should you have a 3rd guest, a single mattress is available ($15 extra per night )
A lovely park (Poimena) dominating panoramic views on top of the street. The famous Mona Museum and resort only few minutes away. and Cadbury within walking distance. Other parks and walking tracks make you feel like going for a walk every morning ( I do.)
Claremont village is 3 min away ( 15 min walk).
The apartment is very accommodating, generous and practical.
There are always some basic food to keep you going.
Tee, coffee, bread milk, butter, jam, cereals....
The reason I listed my Apartment and decided to rent it out is mainly to make friends and interact with people from all over the world ( if they like to).
So give me a try, and you will not regret it.

Summary: Joe is a great communicator! He will be there to greet you upon arrival and will be there to say goodbye at check-out. He’s also very helpful with suggestions on what to see and do. He and his partner Renate are some of the most loving people we’ve ever met. He’s got a nice quiet location for traveling in any direction. You will love your stay at Joe’s!

Summary: Papa Joe is a wonderful host. He greeted us personally, even though our flight was delayed and got in late. The basement suite he provided was private, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, tea, coffee and more, and there was a pretty outdoor seating area just off the bedroom to enjoy breakfast. He invited us to dinner and we had a lovely chat. He truly treats guests like family. 10/10, would stay here again!

Summary: Papa Joe is one of the warmest and nicest people you'll meet! The place is great for two people to either just sit and chill, or as a place to rest between daytrips. Comparatively speaking, Austin's Ferry isn't too far away from Hobart, so if you did want to go into the city, it's a 10-15 minute drive.

Joe went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing The property is easy to find, parking on site, THE most amazing views and of an evening the area is so quiet Guests have private access as well as a lovely covered outdoor area to sit relax and admire the stunning views Supermarket is within minutes, a short easy drive and has specialty stores within the complex for any needs & restaurants and pubs nearby Papa Joe IS hospitality, a true gentleman and wonderful host
