Positive: The flat was nice and clean.

Negative: One bedroom without windows. There was a problem with the hot water, which we were only told about upon arrival. The second day the problem was ”fixed”, ie one of you could take a three minute hot shower. Looking at comments from previous renters, we realised this is a long term problem.

Negative: No windows in some rooms, but it seems to be common in Gran Canaria Ground floor so you hear the cars passing by; luckily it’s a small road and not much traffic
