This spacious 4123 square foot 7-bedroom bath private home is perfectly situated on the eighth hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. This is the ultimate vacation rental perfect for family vacations, golf retreats and family reunions. You will have 360-degree unobstructed views of the golf course, pool and mountain ranges. You will enjoy relaxing at the private 10 foot by 20-foot pool and oversized hot tub spa.
The Space:
The living room, dining room and kitchen is an open layout perfect for hosting the entire group. Bunk Bedroom with 4 Queens and 2 Twins custom built bunk beds bathroom with walk-in shower walk-in closet and separate vanity area. The 2nd floor living room has an arcade cabinet and a flat screen TV. The family will enjoy playing games together, watching movies on the 70-inch TV and playing foosball in the open loft on the second level. If you want to open up the home to the backyard paradise there is accordion style doors that open the entire living room to the pool area. The backyard has great views of the golf course.
The laundry room is perfect for drying towels after a fun day at the pool. If you decide to grill there is a custom BBQ pit. There is a custom fire pit at the rooftop and comfortable outdoor furniture in both the first and third floor. If you are after spectacular views, good conversation and relaxing you will enjoy the 3rd level observation deck on the rooftop terrace.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here! We had a mini-family reunion with families traveling to stay from Colorado and California. It was a great central location with lots of fun things to do. The house was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were big to fit our families including lots of little kids in pack and plays. The house was stoked well and we loved how every room had their own bathroom. The jewel of this house was the private pool which we utilized quite often. The boys enjoyed golfing on the golf course and we loved seeing them right from our backyard. The staff was nice and easy to work with. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Summary: I’ll start by saying, beautiful home, beautiful location. However we had a few things that were disappointing. And I must admit, I’m concerned about retaliation from the property owner. During our stay the garbage cabinet door feel off, we did not break it. Several of the dining room chairs were broken, we did not break them, the living room rug is worn and frayed and curling at the edges. There were several lights that did not work, the main tv is way too small for a house this size and the room that it’s located in. There is only 1 trash can for the entire week, for a party of 13, the other trash can is only for recycle, which we didn’t realize and they did not collect it on Thursday and we didn’t know what to do other than leave it at the curb. Every day the pool guy came, he/she left hoses and equipment laid out next to the pool, which we had to put away, EVERY time they came. The beautiful large windows and sliding doors on the back of house were dirty and streaky. Most all these things I could certainly overlook, but will NOT for something that cost this much to rent for 5 days. At these prices I think it’s fair to expect a much higher standard.

Summary: here anywayWe had a lot of fun. There were a lot of places to go but it was so very hot. The pool provided us with a lot of down time activity. Enough bed room for all 21 of us. The cloth chairs were a little dirty and most of the dining chairs were falling apart but we enjoyed our time anyway

Summary: My friends and I do a golf trip every year for the last 5+ years and this was the best place we have stayed at. The place was clean and had plenty of room for 16 people. Definitely will look to stay here again next year.

Summary: Beautiful home in perfect condition. Large downstairs open living room/kitchen easily accommodated 18 guest without feeling claustrophobic. Sitting places for everyone. Small pool and jaccuzzi were nice as well. Great to have so many bathrooms for all the guest. Could not have been more perfect.

Summary: The home was very lovely, Modern, and well decorated. Well stocked with all the necessary items except swim towels which we knew in advance so not a big inconvenience. Also there was only 1 dish towel in the property. The Bunk Bed rooms were awesome, and the kids loved them. The large windows in the Great Room need some type of blinds or window coverings to control the heat, and light for watching TV for kids in the day. All in all I would rate this property 4.5 stars, and would definitely recommend the property, and would certainly come back again. Management was very responsive & kind to our minimal requests.
