Positive: From the moment we arrived, Paradis Beachcomber exceeded every expectation. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, an incredible gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities in the room reflected thoughtful attention and care. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. And the breakfast? Simply phenomenal, fresh, varied, and served with an ocean breeze. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish.

Positive: The beach, water, weather, and restaurants were amazing !!! The staff at the restaurants were an absolute delight. Best beaches and not as much wind at this location.
Negative: Certain of the staff at the reception desk were a bit patronising, for no apparent reason… The one’s that showed us out, were much more friendly… and the waiters were also much more friendly and down to earth. You should add t’s & c’s to your website, because certain things are advertised as complementary, however, are subjected to occasions (not specified in the app or website). Also, when we asked about this, we got the same patronising attitude…just for asking.

Positive: The grounds are beautiful, the beach is really amazing. Housekeeping was doing a decent job keeping things neat. The breakfast buffet was restocked often so that there was still fresh fruit etc 30 mins before closing. Beds were comfy, I felt safe.
Negative: I felt staff treated non-French speaking guests differently, especially the ones at reception and front desk. Overall they felt quite indifferent with exception of housekeeping and the guys at the boathouse. Rooms were a little dated and the lock mechanism need an overhaul.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and elegant decor. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent – every meal was a delight! We were also able to take advantage of some great complimentary offers, which made our stay even better. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel without any reservations and would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Facilities and the location are incredible. The beach is absolutely stunning and the gym, golf etc. are incredible. Backdrop is beautiful too.
Negative: We were extremely let down, and let this be a warning for others. After the amount we paid we were left incredibly disappointed with the staff. We were only staying for 2 nights and we were left shocked when we were refused to all the restaurants bar one because I did not have a pair of trousers. We were told that only 1 restaurant allows shorts, This is no where listed anywhere on the website and I did not pack any trousers as it’s 28 degrees everyday on a tropical island, this should be highlighted in red somewhere. They then said we could buy some from their one hotel shop on the complex, only to find the trousers were £250 for bad quality linen trousers. We also had no other option to go out as it’s pretty remote outside the resort. We thankfully were able to go to the one we were allowed to go to for one night then the second day we had to just eat a late lunch. Just to note I wear very smart shirt and chino shorts, anywhere else in the world this would be fine. The restaurants are also the same that accept them during the day. Disappointed and left a bad taste in our mouth which should have been a wonderful stay.
