Summary: We had a great vacation on Lake Anna and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to fit our large family. We loved the dock and spent lots of time on the porches and in the water. The house was clean, beds comfortable and we all enjoyed the huge basement and pool table. Home could use fresh paint and carpets. The upstairs AC unit was not producing cool air when we arrived and the upper level was very warm. We reached out to the property managers who contacted an HVAC company which arrived 24 hours into our stay and replaced a broken part. AC was fixed and very comfortable for the rest of our stay.
