Positive: Staff were nice and helpful. Property is a short walk from the beach. Spacious room and lovely grounds. Train can be quite loud but I think it adds to the charm, along with the lovely bird songs and great view of sunset.
Negative: WiFi connection was non existent in the room. There is no ac in the room, only a fan which is usually fine but the speed was quite weak so it didn’t make a huge difference.
Summary: Good value for money room.

Positive: Very comfortable stay. The room was large and the bathroom exceptionally clean and nice! The location was great, not too far from cafes/restaurants and the beach The owners helped us out with bike rentals too
Negative: There was a party one night where you could hear music a bit - read on here also, but my friend had earplugs and slept soundly

Positive: This place is in a great location - it's close to the beach, but not overlooking the busy road, very quiet, very serene, I saw peacocks every morning, mongoose sneaking around, monkeys, and of course cute puppies at the property. The room I stayed in was big, with a high ceiling, comfortable bed, a lay back chair on the porch, everything I needed for a good vacation.

Positive: The place is nice and clean and close to the main restaurants, surf spots and the train station. The staff was really nice and helpful. I also asked them if I could stay for one additional night and they had no problems with my request.
Negative: I booked a bungalow but when I arrived there they gave me a standard balcony room, which was also nice and clean, but it was not what I booked.
