Welcome to Sandpiper Lodge! Located 5 minutes from The Naples Causeway / Sebago Lake, Maine!
A spectacular, massive, state-of-the-art log cabin that's the perfect getaway for winter ski trips (only 25 minutes to Pleasant Mountain), summer vacations (beaches, water-sports, cookouts galore), & fall gatherings with friends or family. With a chef's kitchen, two ovens, a large dining area, bedrooms for up to 12 (with two king beds), two living rooms, & tons of outdoor dining & relaxation space, there's no gathering this wonderful, warm, gorgeous home can't accommodate!
THE SPACE:
From a state-of-the-art, fully stocked chef's kitchen to a beautiful, large, completely private backyard, numerous decks, a Weber Grill, fire pit, three-season sunroom, & an amazing playground for your little ones, this home has it all!
In the colder months and throughout the winter enjoy radiant heating in the floors while cozying up to our classic Maine pellet stove (that guests can use). Ski at Shawnee Peak (Formerly Pleasant Mountain) just 25 minutes away or Sunday Mountain (55 minutes away).
Our 2500+ sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps 12 people over three levels, has 2 full and 2 half baths in addition to a queen sleeper sofa that creates a 5th private sleeping area in the basement!
Conveniently located near The Naples Causeway (5 minutes), Nason's Beach (9 minutes), Sebago Lake State Park (15 minutes) Tassel Top Beach (20 minutes) & just 15 minutes to downtown Bridgton!
Mitsubishi Mini Splits (for air conditioning) just installed in the main living area / kitchen, first- and second-floor bedrooms, and basement for the 2025 summer season, offering a cool reprieve to the recent warm summers we’ve had in Maine!
Let the kids play in the basement where we have an Air Hockey table, a Pac-Man machine, an 86" TV, and a kid zone filled with toys while the adults cook and enjoy cocktails in the kitchen!
High-speed internet, 3 TVs including an 86” basement TV, a 65” living room TV and a 55” master bedroom TV with YouTube TV provided on all TVs.
We're thrilled to share our slice of paradise with you and have poured our hearts and souls into making it the perfect family-friendly vacation spot! We hope you love it as much as we do as it's more than just a rental; it's our own vacation haven. We're always only a message away with the help of our co-host, Jason, if you need anything during your stay!

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Set in the highly sought-after Sebago Cove Estates neighborhood, this log cabin sits on three private, serene acres.
Only 25 minutes to Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak), which boasts the best night skiing in all of Maine. We're also within an hour of Sunday River, one of the best ski resorts in New England & the North Conway area!
Only 5 minutes to Naples Town Beach (12944 Long Lake Cottage Rd) & The Naples Causeway where you can swim, rent boats, kayaks, jetskis, canoes & stand-up paddleboards.
In close-by Bridgton, enjoy an old-fashioned drive-in movie theater, excellent restaurants, hiking, a traditional movie theater and more water-sport opportunities on spectacular Long Lake.
A FEW OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
•We have a large two car garage that guests are welcome to use in addition to a large driveway that can fit another 4+ cars. We ask that guests not park on the street.
•Our outdoor propane grill is located on a covered porch & is available to use year round. We provide propane for the grill.

Summary: This is an incredible house in Naples, Maine. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The house is located in a very private location which allows visitors to be very relaxed. It is spacious and includes many extras including supplies and linens. The house is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The owners are very responsive and answer questions very promptly. We had a wonderful weekend staying at this home snd would love to visit it again!

Summary: The house was very clean, had very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our entire family. The layout of the house is excellent. Three floors to spread out. It was only 30 min away to rent canoes on the Saco river. And a quick 5 min. drive to rent a boat on Long Lake at the Wharf (highlight of our trip). Would highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing spot up in Maine.

Summary: Me and my friends absolutely loved staying here!! The house looks just like the pictures presented. There was more than enough room and plenty of bathrooms for the 12 of us to comfortably stay. The house was plenty cool in the heat of the summer even without central AC. I 100% would stay here again! The house was nice and private in a quiet neighborhood and only 5 minutes from downtown Naples which has plenty of restaurants, access to Long Lake, etc. The house is great but what makes it even better were the hosts! Lindsey was beyond responsive and even gave me great recommendations for our stay! She was so quick with any questions I had. I loved how everything was labeled in the house and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more! Just beyond happy with our stay, 100% would stay here again!

Summary: This property is secluded and quiet but only 10 minutes to down town and the beach. Each family had a room to retreat to if needed and the main living space (living room, kitchen, dining room) was big enough to accommodate all 12 0f us. The dining room table was big enough for most of to sit for meals or board games.The kitchen is roomy and had plenty of cookwear and enough plates and flat wear so we did not have to run the dish washer after every meal. With 2 decks, a screened in porch and the patio there was plenty of outdoor space and the driveway had room for all our cars and a pickle ball set up. A great place all around!

Summary: My family enjoyed a holiday stay at this home. Seven of us and 3 dogs. The house was clean and well maintained. The communication with Lindsey was fantastic. The home was warm and inviting. And even had a Christmas tree which the teen girls were excited about. The home had great amenities, the air hockey table, the video games and the giant theater style basement set up were a huge hit with the kids. We travel as a family every year around Christmas this was by far the best set up and most comfortable features we have had. The beds were comfortable, common areas had plenty of seating to enjoy hanging out with the whole family. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water (which when traveling with a large family and teens is often an issue). The giant garage was super helpful loading the cars up in a rainstorm. The property was well maintained and beautiful, we even had a few deer visit the backyard! The location is close enough to stores and restaurants and skiing but far enough away to be in a very quiet and serene area. Would stay again and highly recommend!!!!

Summary: The house was cozy and everything you would want for your family to relax after a day of fun and exploration of the area. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches of Portland.
