Negative: A few rooms down an alarm went off 2 days in a row...by the time I was awake and dressed it was already off...but it went off for 50 minutes!

Positive: Staff were friendly and understanding. Did not use breakfast because I left early to the airport.

Negative: Rates per night was a bit expensive than the near by hotels. Hot water was not available to drink tea/ coffee. The coffee machine in the room was not efficient.

Summary: I admired the courtesy of staff, the cleanliness and safety of the room.
