Summary: Some of the staff was very friendly, some not so much. But in general a very nice stay.

Summary: Room is awful, in dire need of renovation. The toilet room - literally smells like a septic tank. Green looking fluid all over the floor, tiles even look dirty. The towels they provide smell like they haven’t been washed and dried properly. In the bedroom section - mattress is rock solid, may as well of sleep on the floor. Fridge is disgusting. Lack of descent lighting. Mosquitoes everywhere! I understand the rural aspect, but many things which are straightforward can be approved upon. The main reason for not giving this place 1 star is the beach and restaurant / staff. These are the best things this place can offer. Also, fyi literally no shops or other restaurants close by.

Summary: I stayed 3 nights in the Beachfront Villa with indoor shower. Long Beach offers a quiet beachfront stay, away from the busy center of Phi Phi, and it delivers on that promise. Access is only by long tail boat (100 baht during the day, 150 at night). Restaurant options are limited but there are small markets nearby. Do not expect luxury. The room is simple and needs maintenance, and the service is average. However, the peaceful atmosphere and the beachfront view make up for it.

Summary: Location is excellent, team is a bit confused but nice, however the condition of the room terrible. Rust on all metal in bathroom, mould, a 1,5m open crack in bathroom tiles. Wrapped drinking glass with large stains on it, bad smell from sink. This would not have been an issue at a correct price level, where you know what you will get, but when paying 4 star price in a not central location it is very bad. Brought this up to reception first evening, they did not have a solution, no offer to move room etc. We said we would follow up next day. Heard nothing. Same day after. Mentioned on check out, and got a response that “what would you like me to do?”. No action, no fix, no assistance. First day, ok condition blue resort towels in room, from second day miscolored turquoise towels with damages all around replaced the blue ones. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is the amazing beach next to the resort and the team is sweet, however a complete lack of management holds their delivery back and made for a really disappointing stay.

Summary: I’m honestly disappointed to be making this complaint, but the overall experience here has been quite poor. Considering how remote the location is, this place could be wonderful if it were charming, cozy, and well-structured — but unfortunately that’s not what I found. The property doesn’t offer much to do, which would be completely fine if the atmosphere were inviting enough for guests to simply enjoy staying at the hotel itself. I was expecting a relaxing vibe, comfort, and a pleasant environment, even without many activities around. However, the place feels far from that. To be fair, the beach is beautiful, and the cafe right in front is amazing. But overall, the hotel needs better structure, organization, and improvements to truly be considered a resort. With some work, it has the potential to be much better.
