Positive: Gorgeous property, exactly as pictured in the photos on the listing. New build, so surrounded by identical looking villas but there was little to no construction noise. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, removed from the main road so no massive parties or anything noisy in the area, as we were travelling with our friends and their 9-month old baby. The team hosting the property were very communicative and accommodating. Even though it was like staying in our own home, there was assistance readily available when needed. Water pressure in bathrooms was great, AC was very fast and cold, the pool was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. Super easy and cheap to grab a Grab to get around to all the spots when it was too hot or far to walk to. Since the area is flat as well, it’s a very easy walk and we were never rejected for a ride, which we had heard could happen as some accommodation sites are located up steep hills or driveways. Highly recommend staying here and I can’t wait for an excuse to come back!
Negative: The shower drain might need some attention as it wasn’t effectively draining the water when using the big rain shower head. The name of the villa confused some taxis that had been pre-booked to collect us (as we were there for a wedding). Apparently there is another accommodation site also called Paradise Springs (or something similar) and they kept accidentally going there instead of here!
Summary: An exceptionally comfortable and relaxing slice of paradise!

Negative: Street lights were not working in area but nothing to do with the property. The villa was excellent.

Positive: Paradise Springs is a fantastic place to base yourself in KS. A 10 minute walk to Fisherman's Village and the Wharf Walking Street with all their wonderful restaurants and other facilities. The property managers are fantastic (thank you Julien!) and went out of their way to provide info about places to eat and attractions to visit. Upon arrival we mentioned that we had thought there was a clothes dryer and that, as it was a wet and rainy week, it would have been very useful to have one. 2 days later one was delivered and installed! The same thing happened when we let them know of our unsuccessful quest to locate dishwasher tablets. The next day there was a packet of them left just inside the gate for us. I really can't recommend the team more highly. The villa itself is wonderfully clean and beautifully decorated. There is everything here that you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a great blender which we gave a good workout making frozen cocktails to drink by the pool. All in all, we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Paradise Springs Villas. Even though the weather was terrible for half the time, we could still relax by the pool under the extendable awning so the resort experience was still possible. Thank you, we'll definitely be returning!
Negative: One small criticism, which in no way spoiled our experience, but we did spend a lot of time by the pool on the sun lounges and after a while they get very hard. Some padded cushions on them would have made us even lazier!
Summary: Highly recommended, centrally located luxury near Fisherman's Village.

Positive: Beautiful villa in a quiet location but close to Fisherman’s Village. Only 1km walk. An easy walk. The property was well presented with cleaners and gardeners keeping it looking lovely throughout but without being intrusive. Any issues we may have were addressed immediately and in a friendly and professional manner. We would highly recommend.

Positive: We had a very happy 10 nights stay at Paradise Springs Samui Villa. The villa is brand new and meets all our expectations for a comfortable stay. All staff were helpful and friendly and could be contacted easily via WhatsApp. Jakob, the owner, was very accommodating and efficient. The weather was extremely warm when we arrived. We asked for a parasol for some shade by the pool. Two days later, we got a remote controlled awning (impressed!). The villa is in Bo Phut, away from the main road and within walking distance to the Fishermen’s Village. We’ve been to Samui many times and this is our favourite area to stay in, away from the main tourist hub at Chaweng but still within easy reach and plenty to see and do nearby. Just hire a motorcycle, which Jakob will help to organise. The villa is also close to the airport for an easy 10 min transfer. We’ll love to be back!
