Summary: The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and informed. The property had scheduled events and plenty of opportunities to engage in enjoyable activities. The food was decent. The biggest disappointment was the upkeep of the property. It is an older and well worn property. There was graffiti in the sauna, the pool was worn and did not appear to be well kept.

Summary: Place was rundown things were falling apart. The pool was dirty. Looks like I hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Landscaping was overgrown. definitely not worth the price.

Summary: i originally had the lakeside villa but there was so many things wrong with that room. that by the morning front desk had upgrade me into the garden of Eden. and i was happy for the accommodation.

Summary: Our stay wasn’t the best. Our room had the indoor pool in it and the door was left opened to the pool area where everything stunk like chorine, even the tissues!! The floor was wet from the steam and we had to put the ac on so it wasn’t so foggy in the rest of the room. We have been going to these cove resorts for many moons and have seen over the years how they are declining. Wasn’t happy with the food this time around where in the past, it was amazing. Very disappointed. We didn’t complain cus this was our “FREE” night since we are part of the forever lovers club. Not sure if we will stay overnight at paradise stream again. We may just do the day passes.
