Summary: Beautiful location but please note this Parador is some distance away from the nearest village. Extremely quiet, even the other guests did not seem to talk to anyone. The staff did not look at all happy and rarely smiled. We were not allowed to take our drink from the bar into the restaurant which was not a problem in other Paradors.

Summary: I picked this hotel because of its remote location in the mountains, it was perfect. Dinner and breakfast both excellent.

Summary: Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good. The room was very cold. Person working during breakfast was visiting with another person instead asking what we would like for breakfast. My husband actually had to go up to him with the coffee pot to get more coffee.

Summary: Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff but not good service in the restaurant. We were left for 20 minutes with nothing to drink and no sign of a wine menu. An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment. Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer.

Summary: A good hotel in a magnificent location. Without moving from the hotel itself you can see the grandeur of nature. The only minor criticism is that the size of the portions in the restaurant (particularly the starters) was unnecessarily large.

Summary: The views are amazing - in a sunny day. . A very special place to stay. Staff were helpful, but seemed quite untrained, as if they were trainees. Pleasent though.
