Negative: Swimming pool not open until June sometime even though 36 degrees and it was full of water!

Positive: Excellent location. Feels a bit old and not as clean as the others we have been to. Disappointed at the quality of breakfast but it is the same in every Parador. Parking easy and excellent

Positive: Very nice architecture and all the details in the hotel interiors. Our room was extremely big. Very nice and professional staff in reception.

Negative: Not professional staff in the bar. Putting half a glass of champagne (Cava). Aperol spritz was made so bad.

Positive: This hotel is lovely! It’s atmospheric but has all the conveniences you expect in this level of hotel. The courtyard is stunning. It’s an easy walk to all the beautiful places to see in Zafra. Parking is easy and convenient. We had dinner there and it was very special. We both chose local dishes (lamb which was amazing and beef cheeks which were also very good). We cannot fault our room, cannot fault this hotel at all.

Negative: Not a thing.
