Positive: We had a whole floor to ourselves. It was like having a suite. There was 10 of us and it was amazing the fact that we had an area outside our room like a living room. Amazing stay one of our top ranking hotels we stayed in. 10 stars, service was quick, everything was clean, outside private barbacue was too good.

Positive: The landscaping is nice and the staff is friendly. Room is big. Food in restaurant ok, prices a little high but still ok

Negative: Breakfast ok but nothing too special. Suitable for locals but they said taste is not very good. Problem are the beds. Like a piece of hard wood, extremly hard and to top it the pillow is like a stone, big and hard too. Bed was for me extremely uncomfortable. First we had a room just above the pool pump and kitchen with noise 16 hrs per day, Pool is nice but cannot be used these months because too cold. There is a hot tub but all guests and children use it with clothes like it s customed here. At the end the water is like a slightly dark soup.
