Positive: Place was next to a 2 beaches, one for boogey boards and the other for snorkelling. Also, many good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was big and tasty and Jeremy wasn’t lying when he told that they had an excellent coffee.

Positive: Loved the decor and feel of the place. Rooms were cool and very comfortable with lots of space. And of course the staff. So attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Really special place located on a quiet part of the beach away from the hustle and bustle.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay here, the rooms are beautiful overlooking the pool and the ocean. It was a great spot to base ourselves and explore areas of Dickwella, and nice and peaceful away from the busier tourist areas. Breakfast was amazing and the staff too.

We immediately felt at home, which is a big achievement. However, what elevated our stay to the highest level were the owners, who are incredibly kind. Their warmth, helpfulness, and hospitality made us truly happy. They were always smiling, ready to assist with any query, and created a truly friendly atmosphere. Positive: Parasol Doré truly feels like a home away from home. Jeremy and Julie are incredible hosts. We saw turtle eggs 5m the property. The beach nearby is beautiful, peaceful, and wonderfully isolated from the usual tourist crowds. Joni, Rosie, and Lonka their adorable and friendly pet dogs make the experience even more special. Overall, it’s a place filled with heart, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Positive: The best hotel of our holiday in Sri Lanka! The place is very quiet (only 3 rooms, 2 facing the swimming pool and one on the back). The hotel owner Jeremy is very keen to address any of your requests, with nice recommendations for swimming spots and eating places. The abundant breakfast is served on a very nice terrace, where you can also find an exquisite boutique. Treat yourself and book a room here!
