Summary: All the staff at Parco San Marco are very welcoming, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Also very family friendly too. The food is amazing, plenty of choice for breakfast. The views are stunning, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back!

Summary: Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! Thanks so much to all the staff for the perfect stay.
