Negative: The apartment we stayed in during our visit to Milan had its charms, with a perfect location and tasteful decor. The cleanliness of the apartment and high-quality bath linens were also commendable. However, there were some notable downsides. The heating system was challenging to control, causing the temperature to fluctuate between being too hot and too cold. Additionally, the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable and in need of an upgrade. Unfortunately, these factors detracted from our stay and prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. With some improvements to the heating system and the quality of the sleeping arrangements, this apartment could be an outstanding rental option. Despite the issues we encountered, we still appreciated the apartment's positive aspects and hope that future guests will have a more comfortable experience.
