Positive: The room was lovely everything was very clean, We had a beautiful view of the farm from our bedroom window. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, top quality food. We can't wait to re visit next year
Negative: The bathroom was separate from the room which we didn't realise on booking and the lock was not working on the door so felt a little uncomfortable about that, but that being said the bathroom was spotlessly clean and had a huge shower it was directly opposite our room and the host provided bath robes if we needed them.

Positive: Lovely host and a beautifully comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, and water pressure was amazing. Location was perfect!
Negative: No signal on TV and no individual toiletries. Decor and towels were a little 'tired' !!

Positive: The property was in a lovely country setting and the host, Jo, was lovely and made us feel very welcome. She gave us recommendations of where to eat and made delicious breakfasts. The room itself was very generously sized and had views from both sides. It was hot while we were there, so the cross breezes from having both windows open was lovely.

Positive: Prior to visiting I had some message communications with Jo. We kept her updated as to our arrival time and gave her details on my dietary requirements. When we arrived at Pardon Hill Farm B&B we were welcomed by Jo. She showed us to our rooms. Our friends had an ensuite room, and we had a lovely double room with a private bathroom which was literally just over the landing. It was for our sole use and it was lovely. The shower pressure was superb....lots of fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. There were also dressing gowns in our wardrobe to use for the bathroom. Our room had a TV, sofa and a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Jo provided fresh milk as well. It was so hot when we arrived that she produced carafes with water and ice. That was very much appreciated. The views to the fields beyond were beautiful and we could see the chickens and the cows. It was so quiet and peaceful at the B&B and we had such a lovely, restful sleep. Jo cooked us a lovely fresh full English breakfast. We also had cereal with fresh milk, yogurt and fruit and plenty of toast, butter, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice. When we returned to the B&B of an evening we had access to a living room with sofas. There were games available and we sat in there quite happily. It was my first stay at a B&B and I would definitely recommend Jo and her farm as a place to stay. Thankyou so much for making us feel so relaxed in your beautiful home, and for providing us with everything that you did. Mark and Andrea

Negative: A little bit far away from other attractions, need to drive through contryside road to reach main road. The quilt provided is too heavy.
