Positive: The host was very good, maintaining communication and looking after us. The location was great.

Negative: We stayed there for 2 nights. Actually the "Deluxe King Studio" is a motel room in a motel, with all common access and facilities. Despite the description, we did not have washing machine in the room. There was one, common for the whole floor, looking a bit unpleasant. The common upper floor corridor was simply filthy. With the beach nearby and carpet floors there is a bit of a permanent sand residue in the carpets. The unit, particularly the bathroom is in an urgent need of refurbishment. TV hardly had any fluent transmition. We found the description quite a misleading, definitely not worth $600 for a night.

Summary: Much overpaid with a need of renovation.

Negative: The Tv arial for the whole complex is shocking so you cannot watch anything properly. There is no room service and you have to pay for the washing machines. phone reception is difficult.
