Summary: Superb 2 bedroom Paris Apartment in the heart of everything you want to see and do. Amazing location, stunning wrap around balcony on the 5th floor of this well lived in, comfortable, roomy, sweet, totally Paris Vibe apartment. Everything you need is already here. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom has all the things you might need - and the host even left us snacks and a bottle of wine. Samy, the host was immediately available and went above and beyond in providing us with recommendations and support from the moment we reserved his apartment, to the day we left. Not only is the apartment located in the heart of the city, but the Metro to anywhere you want to go is only 3-5 blocks away in all directions. You will feel like you have moved into your own secret Paris getaway. Highly recommend this amazing place.

Summary: My 16yo daughter and I rented Samy’s apartment for a week and we absolutely LOVED it! It is charming and in the absolute best location. It is on the 5th floor and as others have said the elevator is TINY but it worked perfectly for our stay and made us laugh hysterically every time we got in it. (You’ll see!). Seeing the elevator alone was worth the stay IMO. 😂 The apartment was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had all the things we needed. There were plenty of towels. Water pressure was good. Balcony around the outside was wonderful for getting some fresh air. We really just had the best stay! This is an old school Paris apartment. Everything is not perfect and modern but that’s what makes it so amazing! It was just so unbelievably charming and exactly what I like in a rental. For me I think why go to a new city and stay in a modern place that could be anywhere…I like the charm of a place that makes you feel like you’re part of the cities culture. If that’s you…you’ll love this apartment! Seriously if we go back to Paris we’ll stay here again. The. Best!

Summary: I stayed at the apartment for 5 days with my best friend. Samy was incredibly helpful with checking in (as were his neighbors as well!) and always answered his phone right away if we had any questions. The location is superb, the balcony was lovely, the beds were comfortable and he had snacks and a bottle of wine for us! My only suggestion would be that the apartment be dusted (maybe an issue if someone has a dust allergy), but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back sooner rather than later! Thank you Samy!

Summary: Had a wonderful stay. Apartment is located in a fantastic location for public transportation and great area for shopping boutiques. Apartment was wonderful and Samy was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Summary: The property location is phenomenal, the surrounding area is convenient to everything- metro, bus, shopping, food etc.. The apartment itself although quite clean is very cluttered, there is not a lot of space as the Funiture is oversized and cumbersome. It was hard to move around easily. Also the walls were dirty and needed to be painted. The bathroom had paint chipping off- and for the price, which was a lot, I did not expect that level of poor quality. These I do note are only small improvements that need to be made in order for this to be a A+ property. The only other drawback, and Samy advised of this, the elevator is very small and the apartment, by US Standards is on the 6th Floor walkup. When travelling with older people, I would advise against staying here. Samy is outstanding, easy to contact, responsive and really helpful. I would stay again...

Summary: Samy was an incredible host and truly put the fine touches into our brief experience. He was extremely responsive, helpful with recommendations and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Apartment was perfect, clean with beautiful art and a comfortable feeling. We could have stayed forever but sadly only had two nights in Paris. Everything we wanted was in walking distance if this beautiful, charming neighborhood. Thank you so much Samy for making this such a magical experience for me and my family.

Summary: This is not a “corporate apartment” and the listing is somewhat misleading. One bedroom is air-conditioned, not the entire unit. You must go up 6 steps to reach the exceedingly small (even for Paris) elevator. While there is a table that might be used for dining, there is no place where it might be set up in that fashion - ALL the (heavy) furniture would need to be moved. Overall, the apartment needs an ample dose of TLC - fresh paint and deep cleaning. All that said, the apartment was extremely well stocked (do the owners live there when it is not rented?), it is conveniently located for seeing every part of Paris, and Samy was very responsive.

Summary: Good location with easy access to the main areas. Like many places in Paris, the metro rattled below the building often. The space is not set up like the photos. The dining table is actually an entrance table that folds out that we did not know until we departed so we had nowhere to eat. There are not two bathrooms; rather the bathroom is in two rooms (toilet in one very small room and the shower in another). There are approximately 80+ steps up to the apt. There is a small elevator that you can use which fits one person and maybe a suitcase. Good restaurants close by and lots of areas to explore.
