Summary: Very nice hotel. Breakfast is good. Restaurant is very high class. Staff smiling and very helpful. Rooms are ok but coffee should be complimenrary in the room

Summary: The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations.

Summary: The only cleanliness issue was that the bathroom smelled moldy. The problem persisted when we switched rooms.on the other hand the staff were helpful and amiable.

Summary: The staff are very friendly. They helped me with printing documents and borrowed me an adaptor without any extra charges. Small things matter when it comes to customer service. The checkout time is 12pm which make things easier for someone who doesn't like to rush in the morning.
