Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hyatt Sanya, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special shoutout to Brandon, our butler, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made our holiday truly special. Whether it was arranging activities, transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, Brandon's service was top-notch! The resort itself is stunning esp at night time, with beautiful surroundings and crystal clear water beach for snorkelling and motorised water activities close by. The staff's commitment to providing an outstanding experience is evident throughout the property.
Negative: The pool is cool but not fun for teens. It’s more for family with small kids or photo shoots. Have a kids pool, would be good to have a tropical pool with deeper water for teens and/or adults to have fun. No nice drinks and food at the pool. The food / restaurants onsite are very limited. We barely can choose what we like from the menu. The best part is the breakfast.

Positive: I chose this hotel specifically because I had read in other comments that we can swim in the sea and snorkel directly from the beach, and it is true! There is a small reef and some nice fishes to be seen, which is rare in Sanya. The beach and snorkelling staff are super nice. Other positives include the huge pool, heated indoor pool, several hot baths, and a free kids club with many activities which can keep kids busy several hours a day. And also beautiful views, including from the sea view rooms. No other building is visible from anywhere in the hotel, making the location extra exclusive.
Negative: Apart from the external architecture which I find too massive, the layout of the hotel is also very complicated, it’s easy to get lost. The western food options are quite limited (breakfast is ok but during the day there isn’t a lot of choice). And it’s a bit cumbersome that we have to sign a different waiver at every pool to let kids play by themselves.
Summary: Amazing location, with exclusive views and snorkelling directly from the beach! Great pools and kids club too.

Positive: We liked everything about this Hotel: - the design is great - the atmosphere overall is very relaxing - rooms are stylish - a crystal clear beach 2mins away walking with hotel’s sun loungers and umbrellas - hotel staff is very friendly and helpful - the variety of European food and fruits at breakfast is truly amazing Thank you for the experience 💖
Negative: Nothing at the moment, however, we could see some upcoming signs of “hotel-aging”, in a couple of years the hotel will demand renovation in rooms and common areas inside.
