Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything we needed. It was cleaned every two days with fresh towels provided. The pool was great and a welcome relief. The owner was great in communication and the staff were on hand when we needed. Whilst the location is a significant distance from Sanya, everything we needed was in walking distance. Great beach (20mins) Street side restaurants (10). Grocery store (10mins). We had a driver for the week which gave us access to the tourist attractions.

Positive: The villa is very big and beautiful. Generally clean. Good for big gathering. There's also a pool table and mini trampoline in the games room.
Negative: There's a musty smell in the living room and basement. Quite a number of mosquitoes but this is not within anyone's control.

Positive: It's a good experience to live with my mother and niece in her eighties. The environment of the hotel community is beautiful and quiet. The landlord is warm, thoughtful and serious, and you can get warm service at any time when you encounter problems. The balcony in front of the hotel faces the blue sea, and it is refreshing to see the sea and the sky at a glance. Looking at the back balcony, you can see the lush mountains, which is really eye-catching. There is also an open-air swimming pool in the hotel area. The water quality is good and clear. I went swimming for half an hour yesterday afternoon, which felt great! The short vacation is coming to an end, and we will return home. Mom said she would come again and stay in this hotel. It's the first time I've taken my mother to travel so far. I'm very happy that she likes it and plants grass in her heart!
