Negative: We reserved for 2 rooms with a paid extra bed set-up for each. However, in one of our rooms, the extra bed arrived like already 10pm and we even have to do a follow-up for it considering we check-in around 2pm. Plus when we requested for a laundry bag, just the usual plastic bag not even the ecobag, they are charging us ₱70 each considering there is only 1 small laundry bag in the room for 3 people staying 3nights (Jun27-30) there was no even additional toiletry for the 3rd person. Basically all request is always a No for them.

Positive: I’ve stayed here several times before and I came back because it’s a very good place to stay. The staff are very accommodating, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent because just about everything I need are within reach.

Positive: Stayed here previously and location is what makes this hotel good. It is a clean hotel and with friendly staff. I feel safe staying here.
Negative: A bit pricey for a two night stay. The pillows were two soft and they only provided 2 pillows for 2 persons staying in the hotel.
