Summary: Hotel ias cheap but you get what you pay for. Bed old and uncomfortable (spring mattress). Carpet dirty with ripples. Upon walking in strong stench of Clorox, tells me that the level of cleanliness is not top par. Walls patches and stained.

Summary: Hotel wasn’t that bad but very dirty and outdated outside around the building! Kinda eyesore to see so much dirty, stain and white light in every hallway and staircase pretty dark!

Summary: I really hate to give negative feedback on hotels because we only use them as a place to sleep and shower but some amenities should be standard. They didn’t have an ice machine, no fridge in our room or microwave, the hotel room was dirty and stained carpet. The rooms downstairs had hookers living in the rooms, they looked like they were long time guests as they were openly serving customers. This place is not child or family friendly. I don’t even know how hotels. Com can even have them listed on here.

Summary: We had a 1 towel in our room, the shower curtain rod was rusted, the door hinges were also rusted, tv was blurry and the carpet was stained and looked dirty. The photos were deceiving but I will say the lobby did look like the photos. We only stayed the night.

Summary: The lady checking us in was super nice. We called her and told her out TV was not working. She immediately gave us a different room (upgrade). Day 2 our A/C stopped working and we called. The gentleman immediately came and fixed it for us. Day 3 our room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I rang the bell, still no one. I waited and still no one. I called the hotel # and let it ring at least 10-15 times. Still no one. Another customer walked up and we both stood there. In rang the bell AGAIN this time a little more aggressively and still no one. I called again and let it ring about 20 x. Still no one.. I called one last time and sat my phone on the counter and just let it ring. Finally after about 3 - 4 minutes of constant ringing some young guys stumbled to the counter. You could tell that I woke him up. If you can't do your job and stay awake, maybe Customer service is not for you. (Side note - it was only 4pm)
