Park View is a modern 2-bedroom house situated in the picturesque village of Hathern on the outskirts of Loughborough. The property was fully refurbished in August 2022 and benefits from views over the village cricket ground and park with countryside walks from the doorstep.

The open plan lounge with sofa bed and kitchen/diner offer ample space downstairs along with a convenient toilet.
