Positive: The room and bed were incredibly comfortable, the spa was amazing, and the staff were excellent. Easy garage parking, and great bathroom lighting, which, as a woman, I truly appreciate.

Negative: Wish the outdoor pool was bigger.

Positive: Very modern but traditional at the same time. Lovely prior to Christmas. Extremely nice spa & helpful employees.

Negative: While the reception & dinner personnel was very, very friendly, some of the breakfast colleagues appeared a bit rude and unmotivated to us (and other guests) at the buffet.
