Summary: The property itself and the host, Mark, were some of the best I have experienced. The experience of booking a vrbo THROUGH expedia was a nightmare. Texts about communications came to me via expedia with link to access the message - but that lead to a dead link into vrbo that said I had no reservation. The chat within expedia to try and access check in information was impossible and would not lead to a live person. No info on a phone number to contact. Had to google and then get to several off shorre sites that are NOT expedia - although per search engine they are the first 2 pages of expedia customer service. Finally found one that led to the true expedia and the number algorithm to reach a live person did not work at all, had to choose another option and keep on the line for ten minutes til got to a person that transferred me to vrbo customer service - who was lovely and helpful. Next time will book directly through vrbo as expedia so disappointing and the inability to reach a person to assist is maddening.

Summary: The place was clean and spacious. I appreciated the parking space which made unloading the car to the apartment super easy. Communication from the host was helpful and check-in was a breeze. Would stay here again!

Summary: Had a great stay at the VRBO in Skokie ,Illinois . The area was safe and was located in a wonderful location . The location was close to stores , shopping malls , and restaurants . The location was easy to find and located just the Eden’s expressway . The rental was well stocked everything we needed .

Summary: The place was very nice and clean. We were able to sleep, shower and use the kitchen utensils that were there like if we were home. Wonderful location.

Summary: Mark was a great host. The communication was superb, check-in fast and easy. The home was the cleanest rental apartment I ever seen. It was nice and cozy, comfortable beds, good linen, good location close to malls, shops and restaurants, free parking in front of the house, good and fast internet, central climate. Looked like the photos, exactly as described, nice decorated, comfortable. Sorry we could not stay for longer. The only issue we had, was that we could hear everything the neighbor upstairs was doing. I will recommend this place to stay

Summary: I had stayed in one of theses units previously, so i knew it would be clean and well cared for. What I didn't expect was to have such a hard time contacting the host. When I arrived I still hadn't received the door code. This may, or may not, have been the fault of the app, but I called and message the host for more than an hour before I contacted VRBO customer service. They tried for another hour to reach him with no answer. I was told they would pay for a hotel for the night, and that I needed to find one nearby. Luckily, I opted to meet my kids for dinner and brainstorm together for a hotel, because another hour, or so, later the host finally called me and I hadn't already paid for a room for the night. I received a code, but it wouldnt open the door! I finally received the new code and got access about 4 hours after my check-in time. The units are well appointed, the only thing I would like to see is at least one comfortable chair in the living room. The couch is large, but when I'm there my adult children visit me, and a single couch doesnt really cut it.

Summary: Mark's place was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. Appliances, beds, furniture all seemed very new and were top quality. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer in the cabinets, very nice to have in the mornings. The location was great for us; the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, and we felt very safe. Exactly as pictured and as we'd hoped! Thanks, Mark!
