Summary: Hotel memang superb.breakfast banyak variety. Pool memang best. But please please improve your check in process as your staff took 15 mins for 1 guest to check in. It is too long

Summary: Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: DO NOT use hotel shuttle service if you have your own transportation, it take more than 40 minutes to arrive

Summary: Staff were polite and friendly. Maintenance of the property should be done better. Dirty toilets in the public areas are a turn off. The toilet bowl lid is smaller than the toilet bowl is unacceptable. Service can be slow.

Summary: Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. Managed to access into our respective rooms almost near to 7pm), given complimentary welcome drinks for the delay. Security wise, felt safe with the frequent prowling by security officers Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable Nevertheless, the breakfast spread was awesome. Hotel facilities are user friendly, easily acessible and family friendly (swimming pool, gym)
