Positive: I travelled with my 2 kids 4 & 0 and they received a kids pack upon arrival and free breakfast

Negative: My daughter (baby) had to sleep on the floor after requesting 4 additional times for a porta cot to be provided (requested at booking & then a further 4 calls to reception) this still makes me feel dreadful and something I don’t feel was fairly rectified from our stay.

Summary: Had my daughter been able to sleep in a cot the experience would’ve been much different
