Also easy access to the 710. 1 bed 1 bath entire house across from scenic Cesar Chavez park. The designer curated stand alone home features an eat-in quartz kitchen, queen sized sofa sleeper, king bedroom, two smart flat-screen tvs, walk in closet, laundry room, glass shower surround bathroom, and furnished wrap around porch.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host is extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the bed was extremely comfortable! If we are ever in LA again we would be happy to stay here again!

Summary: We had a lovely time at the Golden Avenue Bungalow. After a long journey from the east coast, it was a treat to be welcomed with a basket of treats and a bottle of wine. Ground coffee was available and ready for the morning. Melissa was super communicative about our arrival, parking updates and dealing with holiday time garbage. The park across the street was so convenient to have our 4 year old run around and to walk our dog. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The bungalow is cozy, and well appointed - extra blankets and towels, a washer dryer, toiletries etc… The location is super convenient to get on the highway. The neighbors are close by and it’s compact, but you’re in CA - you’ll be outside most of the time! Thanks to a Melissa for the recommendation to check out Rosie’s dog beach. We’ll be back again. Thank you.
